DAY 1: CHIANG MAI – DOI INTHANON NATIONAL PARK – CHIANG MAI

Depart from your hotel in Chiang Mai and travel to Doi Inthanon National Park, home to the highest mountain in Thailand.

Visit the highest point of Thailand and enjoy the cool mountain atmosphere and natural surroundings. Continue to the Twin Royal Pagodas, built in honour of Their Majesties the King and Queen, and explore the landscaped gardens and mountain views.

After lunch, visit Wachirathan Waterfall, one of the most impressive waterfalls in Doi Inthanon National Park.

Return to Chiang Mai in the afternoon and stay overnight at the hotel you have selected and booked independently.

Dinner is at your own expense. We can recommend a suitable restaurant and take you there.

DAY 2: CHIANG MAI – LAMPANG – LAMPHUN – CHIANG MAI

After breakfast at your own expense, depart from your hotel in Chiang Mai and travel to Lampang.

Visit Wat Phra That Lampang Luang, one of Northern Thailand’s most important Lanna-style temples. Continue to Wat Chedi Sao Lang, known for its group of historic white pagodas, and Wat Phra Kaeo Don Tao Suchadaram, another important temple in Lampang.

Visit Kad Tung Kwian, a local market where you can explore local products and experience everyday life in the area.

After lunch, travel to Lamphun and visit Wat Phra That Hariphunchai, an important historic temple and spiritual landmark of the ancient Hariphunchai Kingdom.

After the visit, return to Chiang Mai.

The itinerary and visiting order may be adjusted depending on traffic, weather and local operating conditions.
